Inktober Days 16 & 17: The Perfect Golf Swing

For Inktober, I combined the prompts “Gangly” and “Contraption” into one cartoon.

Golfers are always searching for an edge… a new grip, a different stance, or another swing tip. We're constantly tweaking our technique in pursuit of the perfect swing and a lower score.

This golfer takes that obsession to the extreme, building a ridiculous contraption to control every aspect of his swing.

But will all that effort even save him half a stroke?

Maybe the answer isn't another gadget. Maybe we just need to stop overthinking and play golf!
